On Feb. 17, When my flight to Toronto was forced landed to Ottawa and was turned back hours later, I made three phone calls using Bell phone by credit card in Toronto and Ottawa airport. Unreasonably, I was paid as much as 35 CAD each time with a total of 105 CAD. So upset!
