I initially went into this site on the 11/12 Feb. I thought after reading you buy some credits and that then allows you to have access to a chat with the person of your choice. A) the credits start at $21.00 for 3 credits (£13.50) this lasted approximately 10minutes of chat/tying time. I was shocked and looked at the next step up $52.00 now upon booking this the page apparently froze and for whatever reason I was then billed 3 x $21..
The next morning I emailed support to have the queried and explained via the contact/submit section the misdemeanour in the transaction. This was followed by a call the next day from a young lady in HongKong querying about the payments, Asking if I had done this 3 x $21 I explained what happend and was informed they would get back to me. I then sent an email through their system again only to be replied 12hrs later that the payments were accepted and that I should accept that this is the process. Also I would like to add that the site imples your are in contact with these women via the chatroom when in reality you are not. They can not speak english as there profile states "Learning" yet when you write via chatroom their english or understanding is impeccable. That is all of them, they do not speak but they read the language and write back flawlessly. There is something very, very dishonest about this site so the sooner it is shut down the better...
