I purchased an ecig for $4.95 from this company and 2 weeks later I was charged another $99.95. They had said that my order had shipped so I canceled it. But I never recieved the package of filters that they supposedly sent out on feb 8th. So I just got off of the phone and talked with a man named Josh. He said that I had canceled my order but had to play the additional 99.95 for the electronic cigarette. That is what they cost not just the $4.95 as was stated in the web site that I recieved via email. I feel that they really took me and told them that I will be contacting the BBB. He then said that he will note on my account that I am entitled to 50% off of any shipment I order from here on out. No I am not ordering anything from them. I would like to see me get my money back or at least a portion of it. I was within my 14 day trail period, and he said no I was one day late... Ticked of and looking for help.
