They are completely full of (Inappropriate Content Removed). I ordered a new Sony a77 w/lens, received a call to purchase the rest of the equipment show in the package for another $300, when I declined they claimed my order was being shipped. 7 days later I sent a email that was not responded to for another 7 days. After calling customer service I was told that the camera was on back order and not shipped. It may be shipped in the next 2 weeks maybe. Now a month later and very pissed I get to start the shopping process over. Save yourself the headache of dealing with these jokers!
