I paid the $199.00 fee and was led to believe that there were homeowners waiting for someone to take over their mortgage. This is not the case. I realized this when I was given a list of addresses and the instructions were to copy the letter provided or draft my own that I should send to the homeowner, basically asking him/her to consider my proposal to take over their mortgage. It is all a scam. I looked up the contact information of one of the homeowners listed and contacted them. They had not even heard of this company.
