Kolhs' runs a scam periodically on their website called Kolhs cash in which they claim you get $10 for every $50 spent.in calculating this amount, they state that the only time that does not count is sales tax. They do not exclude shipping charges. Yet after the purchase, they refuse to honor the Kolh's cash stating shipping charges are excluded. The email response from Kolhs shows intent to defraud.
