I thoughtid bought a electric toothbrush post/package a pound. Did not sign up to anything they started to take£45.00 out of my bank every month been staying with daughter due to illness so didnt notice it been taken untill last week. Phoned the company hope to god it wasnt denmarkit said it was their customer service. I am a widow and disabled and ending up crying and shouting to try to make them give me my money back she just said my subscription has now been cancelled but no chance of me getting any money back. They also said it was pretection when buying items on my credit card i told her ive not got a credit card and never had one in my life. The payments they have taken made me overdrawn last week so ill get charged of the bank as well. Please please help me.
