Ordered a box set of an older TV show in December. Never got the parcel. Several emails and they kept apologizing and claiming they located it and paid an extra $18 and it was now with Canada Post. Still didn't get it. Finally I just asked for my credit card to be reimbursed. Has not happened. NOW I can't get into the sight like they blocked me or something. How do I report this bogus company. I am not out $79 and my daughter is without one of her Christmas gifts!
