There was no place when signing up that explained about being charged a remainder amount. The customer service agent offered to show me the terms that were next to the place where I put my credit card information - but I was never on that page. I was never shown any terms. I asked to get my money refunded and she couldn't do that. She said if I had called within the first 10 day period I could have gotten my money back, but I never knew anything about this. I only saw the charge appear on my banking statement and called then.
