I enquired about a loan online i recieved a phone call at home they sent an email because i opened and read it i was charged 79.00 for doing so. I understood nothing would be taken from my account untill i had been succesful with securing a loan however i changed my mind and told the representative i was no longer interested with using their service. 79.00 an email what a joke!
