Signing Me Up Without My Consent And Deducting Money Off My Credit I

I have asked twice for auto payment to be cancelled and yet I have noticed on my credit card bill that I have been deducted money again for prescription again. I no lo get need your service and I would be great full if someone would cancell auto subscription and refund the amount of $41.98 back to my credit card ASAP please. Thank you. I would also like an email stating that this has been done. Thanx
