I ordered a NEW complete "Home Improvement" DVD collection on Nov. 12 as a Xmas gift. Upon opening it on Dec. 29 we discovered that it was very poor quality. I emailed DVD Tiger on Dec. 31 asking for return instructions - they replied that my satisfaction was 100% guaranteed & gave me exact return instructions. I mailed the set back on Jan. 3 exactly according to their instructions but have never received a refund. I've sent several emails asking about the status of the return but am getting no replies. I am wanting my refund asap in order to replace my son's gift for something else.
