I bought an face cleaner from this seller on eBay, and I never received this item. The tracking information that she provided to me shows that the product has gone to Chicago, and since that no more updates were posted. However, this transaction is closed because eBay assumed I already get the product so that this seller got fully paid. I am requesting her to resolve this problem and refund full price to me, but she is really slowly responded, and finally told me that if she were not able to find the product, she can only refund 50%of the total purchasing price. I feel this is ridiculous, and I think this buyer is not honesty and conducted a fraudulent transaction to me.
