I ordered their product (OKed by Dr Oz) and then cancelled it the following day when I read the small print about being billed $80.00 a month for more. I have contacted their phone # 855-978-6683 over 25 times for them to return the money $104.00 taken from my bank account to no avail. I keep hearing they will raise the issue to higher ups and it will be refunded in 5 to 7 work days - that was their line twice now even though it has been well over 3 weeks. Then another phone call I was told the money is nonrefundable. How can they just keep my money? They need to be accountable, or at least Dr. Oz should be aware of the scam that is going on. Any help will be very much appreciated
