Hard to contact customer service; wait was over 40 minutes. I wanted to clarify my itinery that was missing an Activity I selected. When I finally got a hold of a rep he put me on hold for yet another 15 minutes; in the end he offered to add the activity without any added fee. Nonetheless, i would never use or recommend this site in the future
