I ordered a complete box set of 7th Heaven DVD's. My first email requesting delivery date was answered with "it has only just been 4 weeks, taking into account public holidays please be patient and wait a few more days".
It is now coming up to 7 weeks and I still have not received my order and they have not replied to my last 4 emails.
