Trial packages used to con people out of large amounts of money. I received email to inform me that new batch was to be sent and money taken from my account. Despite an immediate reply they did not accept cancellation by email, when phoned I was told it was too late, although they did cancel future batches. Then followed very many phone calls trying to get my money back with them attempting to block it at every turn, with no manager available to speak to, several of the girls I attempted to deal with had very poor English. I returned all products, including trial samples, at their request, to get as much money back as possible. Fortunately I tracked products as still no money returned by Essence of Argan. After very many insistent phone calls I eventually managed to get most back but what an effort and performance! I find it incredible that it is legal for these companies to operate in this way!
