I had reviewed my CC statement and found that Qbid just charged me with $60!!! No where did the ad/home page for Qbid say that you would be charged $60. It appeared to be completely free to register. Then during registration, it asks for a credit card number. I gave my cc number thinking that it was just for shipping charges if I win an item.
Then I contacted Customer Service/Chat, and the rep just pasted the answers on my questions, it seem like they have the same complains every single day. Then she tried ti impress me with a statement that BBB verified the authentic of the site, and it has a rating A... And when I said I going to make a complain to BBB, she hung up.
