William Vanghan promised to paint my two bathroom for $546 on Dec. 7th on 2012. I paid in full because he really needed money at that time. I asked him to paint in January 2nd and he said he could not do the work due to his conflict work schedule and promise to pay my money but he has not called me since January 15th. I called him several times but he has not called me back. I have a copy of check that I wrote for the payment and the contract. I found that the contract does not have his business address. The name of business is Hieghts Painting & General Contracting (HPC).
