I first received this letter notifying that i need to pay $20.00 to record paperwork for my winning entitlement so i sent a money order on 1/25 and it had to get there by the 31st. A week later i got another letter similar to the first one and recently i received my third letter. What the hell is going on with this Entitlement Services and how can we stop them from scamming people?! Can we sue them?
