Ordered my free trial. It arrived with a letter stating to call an 800 number for a return merchandise order number or else they send more product automatically. The phone number keeps you on hold forever and noone ever picks up. I called my bank and got a different phone number for the company. 888 449 4453. Someone answered within minutes and my subscription has been cancelled after I return the product. Make sure you get 2 RMA numbers, the persons name and ID number for your records. Lesson learned. Good luck to anyone else caught up in this.
