I ordered a pair of ugg boots online from the above company and then received an e-mail from realypay saying that my payment had been accepted. On 6th February I returned home to find a card through the door from DHL saying that they tried to deliver my parcel. I phoned them to make a redelivery date but had to leave a message on an answerphone. Not having heard back from DHL on Friday 8th February I telephoned DHL again once in the morning and again in the afternoon. Then I went online and tried DHL to redeliver but when I entered the tracking number on the DHL card it was saying that this was the wrong tracking number. I waited until Monday and then tried contacting the above company but got through to the correct supplier of Ugg Boots who said there are a number of counterfeit companies and that I should check their website for a list of counterfeit companies and then check with my credit card company to see if the payment had been taken. The credit company assured me that it had not been taken but on the section of complaints made against Realypay I see that some people have had payments taken some time later for amounts that should not be taken. I am panicking now as my children are always telling me not to buy online from companies that did not seem genuine but to me this did look like a genuine company. Can you let me know if this is a scam or is this a genuine company. I am really nervous that I have given my details to this company. I would be grateful for a reply to this message. Many thanks.
