I had a flt monday from rdu to charlotte to pbi the first flt they sat us on the tar mack for 1:30 min. Before take off. I missed my connecting flt to pbi them had to stand on a line for another hr to find out what other flt was going to pbi. It took me 13 HRS TO GET HOME. From sitting i have back pain. I want my money back and i will never do bussiness with this company again. Bad enough to keep me there for 13 hrs. And wwhen i did get some help she gave me a stand by ticket. After i paid for a full ticket. And paid for my luggage.
