I ordered 14 day introductory offer for Mizulean and Puracleanse on 1/31 for my husband and I. Tried it for couple of days and they give us stomach aches. It states that if you are not satisfied to call and cancel any further orders so they do not charge our credit card. She would not give me an RMA because I ordered more than 1 per household. I told them that no where does it say 1 per household and if it was 1 per household then why did they accept the order.
They are going to charge me for one set. I told them that I will cancel the credit cards and they said that they will send it to collections. I should know better than to purchase on line but the news station was backing them up so I thought it was safe. I have cancelled my cards but it could still go through. If it does go through then I will have to cancel any future orders then make a complaint with the credit card company to try and get a refund. I was shocked that there are so many complaints about both products. There is no address on any of their documentation on where they exist. The company that ships the product is Natural Health Networks c/o Precision.
