The company is a complete scam! Do not get sucked in! They promise a service of sending you pre-foreclosures in an area you are looking for, but they scam you with a fraudulent ad to get you interested. Once you pay the $199, you are scammed and will not be able to get your money back. I did my own investigation and was able to prove that the address they state on their website is fraudulent. I even notified authorities in that area who physically went there to prove that they do not exist at that location. They are an internet fraud - be careful!!!
