I received a called this morning from a woman with an Indian accent she stated that she was a paralegal and I had an arrest warrant but she could not discuss the case with me that she was calling to get my lawyers name, she gave me a telephone number and said I need it to ask for Michael Carter, this Michael Carter said I had an arrest warrant, that Cash advance was filing against me and that i needed to pay a total of $698 if not I will get arrested by tomorrow. When I asked were was he calling me from he said it was a law office and I needed to buy a bill payment voucher. I was going crazy thinking I was going to get arrested, but thankfully my co-workers googled this and found out it was a scam. I just hope people dont freak out and google first so they dont loose their money.
