$140.00 was taken out of my account on 12/20 for the order #11272 for the Dark Shadow DVD Collection an I have sent several emails and still do not have my merchandise, I want a refund because I ordered it thru another website and received it within 2 days, this was a Christmas present for my mom and I was very disappointed not being able to give it to her. I want someone to give me an answer as to what is happening, I have already called my bank and they told me to file a report also. I am also contacting the news media if I do not hear something within the next 24 hours.
