Home Advisor (a.K. A service magic) will not refund money as told for bad leads or if dissatisfied with their service. Sent four leads three of those were no good and didn't get a refund. Was told one to two leads per weeks. Received four in four days and only able to book one appointment. Would not get credit for other three. Over half of my monthly budget in four days, after being told that wouldn't happen. I requested to be cancel which they could do but would not refund my money. Or I could manage the leads and watch not to go over the balance or we would be billed for another month. They don't have a way in their system to stop leads if your balance isn't enough. They will automatically renew doesn't matter if it's been three days or three weeks.
