My company booked 4 hotel stays for a trip to Germany. Tony Carey was my contact at this location. We had convinced us to pay using a wire transfer because of the cost we could save. When i tried to get an email confirmation for the hotel Tony Carey was no where to be found. He did not respond to emails nor phone calls. When you try to call the main office the line continues to go to voice mail.
After hearing that I was not confirmed for a reservation, we had to scramble to find alternative accommodations.
