Car audio amplifier was sent to company for repair in August. On August 30 i paid the repair charges in the amount of $225.
Amplifier was not repaired in a timely fashion, when I contacted company to follow up they informed me that they were waiting for parts. I was given a different story every time I called to follow up.
Finally the company stopped returning my calls and did not return my amplifier or refund the repair charges of $225.
