Ripoff sent amplifier in to be repaired havnt received it yet. Its been a year ripoff business from hell van Nuys

I bought a amplifier from buyloud.com i had problems with it so i sent it back for repair. Its been 11 months and i still have not recieved it. I sent at least 30 emails to them. They replied about 5 times. Each time they replied it was always the same, your amp is on its way etc.
