Like others on this site Total Defense have billed me but not provided working software. Their support line want to a) get your contact details b) determine if they can bill you and c) direct you to various websites claiming that visiting these sites will allow you to download software. The sites customer support direct you to are not branded total defence. So I have just told them my anti virus software is out of date and they want me to visit a strange URL. Either they are incompetent or dishonest. They bill you using details you supplied to CA without telling you or providing an explanation as to why they have billed you.
