I received this letter in the mail today and was very excited at first! I thought about how I would be able to better my kids lives and be able to breathe a sigh of relief knowing that I was going to be able to pay off my debts. This letter sounded very convincing and to now find out that this was a scam is very heartbreaking!!! In the letter it stated "we could not write to tell you that YOU are a winner! Unless it were true. That is the law!" I really think that they should pay this out and stick to their guarantee! Please help me get the money I was promised! There were two names on the letter in blue ink... Spencer Harrison, U.R. U Financial Document Director. Cole Smithson, RES Recording Agent... MY identification number is 50147270671... The deadline was for February 20th
