I took the african mango liqiud as directed. Two tablespoons after a meal. 20mins later i started getting sick. Stomach felt funny, head felt light. Than about 4hours later. The diarrhea and vomiting started. I had the runs for 6days. Along with nausea. After 5 more days. I went to the doctors. This has been a horrific time for me.
