We went to american electronics and purchased a smart tv with a promotion of 6 months free hulu plus. When following directions we entered the code that came with the tv and hulu plus told us it was invalid code. We called american and they told us to contact sony, sony said we needed to get in touch with hulu which i did and am getting nowhere with them. I explained via facebook than email what i have explained to this complaint. The response i recieved from michael t. Hulu support was they cant find my account, they want my full name as well as any other names on the account, billing address including zip code, last 4 digits of my credit card. I do not or never have had a account with hulu plus i am simply trying to recieve a promotional benifit that was offered with the sonykdl55hx750 3d smart tv. Going on 4 months of this back and forth and getting nowhere. Now they have stopped responding to my emails
