Refund Held Up to Five Days Before Reaching My Card

View PayPal full profile & all complaints

PayPal has received a refund from nynelectron to Larry Wright. They have not sent it to my credit card. They claim it has to go to the Federal Reserve before it goes to my card company, which takes up to 5 days!

When I refund a customer in my business on a credit card, it is available immediately. This is ridiculous!
