I ordered the trial bottle for the Pure Berry Max and was not aware of the enrollment fee after 14 days. I went online to opt out and the website did not recognize the phone number I signed up with. I proceeded to call the phone number I was given and the prompted message also did not recognize my phone number (go figure). Would not be an issue if I was sent $87.47 worth of product, or even been able to opt out with the options provided to me— Clearly, this is how they suck you in and steal your money.
