I love shopping for deals! This outfit, Tippr, sends emails (at my request) with 'deals'. One was for a $100, e-cig started kit (they are that costly) for $25. Tippr's ad clearly states shipping is included. When I try to redeem the vouchers (which work just fine), the vendor wants to charge shipping. With 4 emails and two phone calls to Tippr, their customer service is clearly non-existent...
