I purchased 2 superga shoes amounting to $128.56. I received an order receipt email from yourspay which I believe is their payment center on 1/19/and my cc got charged on 1/22. I sent out numerous emails to shopglobal and their payment center yourspay and I never got a response from them. I still have not received my shoes. The site's name using this response email address of [email protected] is kappaonlineshop.com. Is there any way I can get my refund? Thank you very much.
