The website owner at www.sz-wisebook.com said her name was Ella sent an invoice for $930 and requested payment sent by Western Union to Qian Chen. We made the payment and she emailed that she would send the tracking number for our shipment later but never sent it and would not respond to our attempts to find out when products would be shipped. This company uses two names GoldEast and Wisebook because we received two of the same identical price lists with same products with two different company names. We sent our money for $930 via Western Union and received nothing!!!
