In 2010 my wife and I hired attorney Mike Sacks to litigate our Wells Fargo loan case we We're contacted by this law firm so after they convinced us to hire them based on what They told us we had a great case. I was trying to get a loan modification from my bank But with numerous turn downs we decided to hire Mr. Sacks I was told he was the best After we paid over 14000.00 dollars are case was mishandled and Mr. Sacks was disbarred And Frank Barilla took over then Fieldstone law. This was such a scam we needed help and Never got a day in court due to there inability to perform per there contract I advise you to be Catious of this firm we were also charged additional fees to stop our sales date 2500.00 more. I'm losing my home and my wife and I are stuck because we can't get a refund on our case I Am also filing with the California attorney general and state bar these crooks need to be stopped.
