My wife responded to a web offer of a "free" trial but they charge 4.95 for the delivery. We received the trial bottle and nothing since. We did not expect any and yet pureberry max continued to bill the card 84.75 a month till it was noticed. Then they do not want to refund anything tells us it is our problem basically if we did not receive it and they need not prove otherwise.
