I ordered what I was lead to believe was the complete collectors box set of "American Dreams" I was charged $16.95 in postage to receive this DVD in 4 days as this was the ONLY deliver option. I received my DVD after 3 weeks and opened the package to find that it is a pirated poor quality bootleg copy, received in broken packaging. After 5 emails to the company through the process of me purchasing this DVD I have not had a single response. This is frustrating, illegal and fraudulent.
