I had the amount of $29.95 removed from my checking account in early December. I contacted my coustomer service at the bank and they gave me a phone number to call. I called said number"877-886-0144" and talked to a person called Joe or Jo who refused to give a last name and said it was against their policy. This person offered to give me a refund and supplied me with a confirmation#10106580 and said that it would take a month or so to get this refunded. It has now been almost two months and no refund has been forthcoming. These people are thieves and need to be called to account.
