I wrote and called tell them that I got a Puzzle for a gift at Christmas time of and I was very careful in opening and keeping all peices together. One of the top outside peices was missing. They told me that I lost it when I know that the peice was never put into the sealed bag. They claim that I lost the peice. I'm mad because they make me to look like I lost it, I know that it was never put into the bag. I wrote them and sent the UPS patch fromm the box and they replyed with a letter that I had to look for it around the house some where. I told them that I had my wife look under and around the couch and chairs, and then I had to call 911 to get my wife picked back up. Needless to say now that cost the ems to come and help get her back up to her feet and the peice is still missing. They are making me look like the bad guy and I still have NO replacement Puzzle. They said it would take weeks before they would send out the replacement puzzle and to keep looking. I would never recommend anyone to buy a White Mountain Puzzle.
