My husband purchased a car from this company on 1-20-13. He signed all paperwork, got the paper plates, and we had switched our insurance and got rid of our old car. Now ater we have had the car for 2 weeks the dealer says the financing fell through. The paperwork said nothing about it being contingent on a loan, nor were we ever told that it was. Now the company wants the car back or to put us in a cheaper car that we don't want. After doing research on google I've found this happens quite often and the dealers pray on people with bad credit. We want to know our rights as consumer's and will fight this.
