Brought back new Cell Phone for refund. Large Sign on wall showed 90 day refund policy. Was informed item can only be returned within 60 days which was a few days over, and on receipt in small print. Was advised by mgr. To call company consumer relations who said they would take care o f problem if I went back to the store and have the mgr, call them which I did but they still refused. I feel that return policy posting is misleading, with also no posting at the register. Did not honor verbal instructions received by phone.
