PC Wizard called me around 5:30 P.M. Agent Mark Saldanah told me to go into turn my computer on, go to windows symbol, hit button, now tell him if I see any errors, I did. Within seconds I saw more and more errors then all errors went to warning symbol. Mr. Saldanah told me his technican was fixing the problem that was worse than any virus, etc I could get in my computer. He stated the errors were eating my files and was going to destroy my hard drive. Finally he told me the tech fixed all problems, removed all errors and my computer was safe. He then told me I would have protection for the life of my computer and the cost for three months would be $69.00, or for six months tech support it would cost me $99.00 and I do not remember what cost for one year would be. I want to know if this was done legally or is this a scam? I checked on the internet to see if others experienced what I did and the last posts were in early 2012. Is there anything that can be done about this issue and if so please advise me.
