Ordered one month service from spokeo they charged me for one year. Finally, they refunded me for all except the month I ordered, it i realized for the past three months a company called PRIVPRO has been taking 14.95 out of my account. When I called their number they explained its a one month trial when I ordered SPOKEO and if you fail to cancel you get charged... Forever. I did not agree to any such thing. If I did it was very tiny print or invisible. I finally got this company to agree to refund me, but I don't believe they will. I'm watching. If they do not, I will be complaining to the FTC and of, course, my bank. Bottom line, watch your bank account after Internet transactions.
