01/12.. Went to the store to change one of the phone numbers on my plan. Paid $15 for the transaction before the process took place. 2 hours after leaving the store my phone was shut off for $12. Paid $12 online then services was reconnected. Went back to the store the next week to inquire. Spoke with marina who was very rude and did not want to admit the paymnet was not posted. She just kept saying to bring the receipt in. Tried to show her my bank statement on my phone but she refused. Today i went bank with receipt and spoke with moe and they still refuse to give me credit. This is when i also learned my plans have been changed without my knowledge. Every year i up grade my phones and always charged an additional $12- $15 xtra fees.in my opinion metro owes me at least a months free service
